Daily Tour Alert System (New Shows in Your Territory)

To find which artists had new shows coming to a rep's territory, staff had to log into the ordering platform and click through artists and tours one at a time. With ~150 artists on the roster, checking every band by hand every day wasn't practical, so newly announced shows in a rep's home states were missed.

Designed a daily alert workflow that monitors upcoming shows, identifies newly added dates, filters them by each person's territory, and sends a plain-language digest so reps do not have to click through the roster by hand. The workflow also supports an operator view for filtering, exclusions, and exports.

The alert system monitors a roughly 150-artist roster, captured about 1,800 upcoming shows in one pull, looks a year ahead, and serves 6 recipients across 7 states. It changes new-show discovery from manual platform browsing into a morning exception report tied to each person's coverage area.
